Subscription fees are charged in advance and grant access for a defined billing period. All payments are processed through third-party payment gateways such as Cashfree.
6. No Guarantee of Availability
While Tokino aims to maintain reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may result in temporary service interruptions.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by Tokino’s Refund Policy. Users are encouraged to review the Refund Policy before subscribing.
8. Suspension & Termination
Tokino reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access without notice in cases of violation of these Terms, abuse, fraud, or legal non-compliance.
9. Limitation of Liability
Tokino shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
10. Modifications
Tokino may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
