Tokino Technologies provides access to digital subscription-based services. By subscribing to Tokino, users acknowledge and agree to the refund terms outlined below.
1. Digital Services
Tokino offers non-tangible, digital services that are delivered instantly upon successful payment. Due to the nature of digital access, refunds are generally not provided once a subscription has been activated.
2. No Refund After Activation
Once access is granted or tokens are issued to a user account, the subscription is considered active and non-refundable.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment for the same subscription period
- Payment processed but service not activated due to technical failure
4. Refund Request Window
Eligible refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the transaction date. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, users must contact our support team with the following information:
- Registered email address
- Transaction ID or payment reference
- Reason for the refund request
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
7. Abuse & Fraud Prevention
Tokino reserves the right to deny refund requests that appear to be abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of our Terms of Service.
